All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Measure carefully and order the correct quantity, as bark is harvested and cut to order.

Natural variation is expected

Bark is a natural product. Color, texture, lichen, and moss vary from piece to piece and over time. This variation is a feature of natural bark, not a defect, and is not grounds for a return.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@barkclad.com or 844-289-2275 so we can make it right. Keep all packaging and take photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Warranty

• Natural poplar bark is warrantied only up to the cutting of the packaging bands. Correct installation is essential to the longevity of the product.
• SmartBark engineered siding carries BarkClad’s exclusive 25-year limited warranty.
