Processing & lead time

Natural bark is hand-cut to order. Once cut, each order is stacked, banded, and typically shipped within about a week. Lead times vary with harvest supply and order size, so contact us for current availability on larger orders.

Payment

• Full payment of the invoice must be completed and cleared before orders ship.
• Payments made by credit card incur a 3% convenience fee.

International orders

For our international customers, please be aware that all shipping costs, tariffs, fees, and taxes are your responsibility.

Receiving your order

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Keep bark shingles flat and dry until you are ready to install them to ensure quality and longevity. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can help.
